The COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve at a rapid pace. Horizon’s leadership team is monitoring the situation and will take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks associated with this outbreak while ensuring that we continue to do business, provide the high level of service that our customers expect, avoid disruption and above all, protect the safety of our employees, customers, and stakeholders.

To that end, Horizon has eliminated all non-essential travel and reduced non-essential contact. While this will result in less face-to-face time with our customers, we are well positioned to conduct all required meetings and conversations via telephone and video conferences. Horizon has implemented technological solutions to allow our workforce to work remotely. When  necessary, Horizon can implement a mandatory work from home policy for all administrative, sales, and service desk employees with no disruption to the services that we provide to our customers. Our sales force is geographically distributed to allow us to support ongoing business as usual. We have developed and maintained relationships with multiple distribution partners to allow us to continue to source product to meet your needs.
