Billiamin Lawal joins the Horizon team as Tier 1 support at the Service Desk. Manning the ‘Network Operations Center’ (NOC), Billiam’s top priority is ensuring every Horizon Total Care (HTC) network and client is as happy and productive as possible. He keeps busy doing everything from fielding incoming HTC calls, to onsite installation and troubleshooting for HTC clients, to the creation of client network documentation.
