• Horizon is hiring! We are currently looking for an efficient front end receptionist to join the team at our head office in Saskatoon. The ideal candidate is able to keep a friendly and personable attitude while maintaining productivity in a fast paced environment. This position is ever-changing and your ability to multi-task is key.

    Main responsibilities will include:

    • Answering phones and transferring calls
    • Greeting walk in customers
    • Accounts Receivable: Working in the accounting program, taking cash and card payments, posting cheque batches, receiving EFT payments
    • Preparing invoices and sending out the mail
    • Maintaining a presentable front area

    Comprehensive experience with the following is preferred:

    • MS Office suite
    • ACCPAC
    • Multi-line phone systems
    • Accounting experience
    • Excellent English skills

    Knowledge of Skype, CRM, and SharePoint interfaces would be an asset.
