    We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Resource to work closely with our Outside Sales Team to prospect for new accounts and nurture existing accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in sales quotas. The Inside Sales Resource will identify leads and reach business targets via telephone, email and in person.

    Job Duties

    • Cold-call prospects that are generated by external lead sources
    • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
    • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
    • Penetrate targeted accounts and generate sales from within client base
    • Maintain and expand the company’s prospect database
    • Collaborate with team members to determine strategic sales approaches
    • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to outside sales team
    • Assist in preparing RFP responses
    • Conduct follow-up calls/emails to up-sell existing clients
    • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls
    • Emphasize product/service features and benefits; prepare price quotes; vendor deal registrations, and prepare sales orders and/or reports
    • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in CRM database


    • University or college degree in Computer Science, Business, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
    • Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
    • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales targets
    • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development and time management
    • Successful in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
    • Sound knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
    • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
    • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity
    • Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
