    Horizon/NeuralNet is an Apple Specialist.  We are currently looking for passionate, engaged individuals to act as customer service representatives to provide exceptional experiences to our clientele.

    Duties include completing invoices and quotes for computer and audio/visual equipment, taking payments, assisting customers in choosing a new computer, troubleshooting iOS devices (ie. iPads and iPhones), and generating service orders for repairs.

    The right candidate will demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of Apple devices, possess a willingness to learn new things, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
