• Apple iOS Service Specialist

  • Horizon is growing and we are recruiting for an Apple iOS Service Specialist to join our growing team.

    Job Requirements:

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Perform diagnostics and carry out repair strategy as outlined by Apple
    • Familiarity with how to use Apple systems and devices
    • Enjoys working as a team member of a dynamic service team
    • Comfortable with using tools and equipment needed to carry out iOS repairs on the iPhone

    Required Experience:

    • No experience necessary.  iOS Apple Service Certification is a plus, but we will provide on the job training to the right candidate.
