• Horizon is hiring! We are currently looking for efficient Administrative staff to join the team at our head office in Saskatoon. The ideal candidate should possess strong English skills, and is able to keep a friendly and personable attitude while maintaining productivity in a fast paced environment. This position is ever-changing and your ability to multi-task is key.

    Main responsibilities will include:

    • Monitoring phones and transferring calls; knowledge of Skype and Lync would be an asset
    • Greeting clients
    • Accounts Receivable: billing, receiving and posting payments, and reconciling accounts using Sage 300
    • Maintaining a presentable work environment

    Comprehensive experience with the following is an asset:

    • MS Office including Excel, Word, and CRM
    • Sage 300
    • Multi-line phone systems, Lync and Skype
    • Some accounting experience
    • Excellent Communication

    SharePoint knowledge is an asset.
