What we do
- Schedule regular routine maintenance to ensure your network is operating at peak performance

- Check the status of your anti-virus, Windows updates, backup, and event logs

How we do it
- Between visits, your staff are encouraged to send us a list of any minor issues via email
- The day before your scheduled visit, we verify the compiled list of issues, and ensure they’re properly prioritized
- When our Systems Analyst arrives, he progresses through a checklist of routine maintenance, as well as the compiled list of user issues
- If additional work is required, our Systems Analyst makes sure to speak with you before proceeding past his scheduled time
